What is new at TASKMASTER?

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our PTA services to include small internal bore overlays. This enables us to weld a wide variety of PTA coatings on components down to as small as 3.00" internal diameter.

To fully support our PTA internal services, we have also added a Heald Internal Grinding machine capable of handling parts of up to 20" O.D. and 14" in grinding depth.

Our ability to apply high quality overlays on small internal bores, as well as the capabilities of finishing them to tight tolerances with our Internal grinding service serve useful in many wear and corrosion applications.

What base materials can be overlayed?

Almost any steel, or stainless based alloy can be overlayed, including manganese based or non-magnetic materials.
